Duda Breda captures a body mid-erasure — a visceral embodiment of retreat, concealment, and existential friction. The model, seated and twisting away from the viewer, hides his face again in folds of fabric. This continuation of the obscured gaze reinforces a theme central to Breda's work: the erasure of self in pursuit of the ideal.
The posture is elegant — the tension of the torso, the curve of the foot pressing into the void — but it is not a comfortable elegance. It is laboured, almost painful. The subject’s head disappears into shadow and cloth, dissolving the final anchor of identity. In this unflinching study, Breda questions whether masculinity, as culturally constructed, allows room for the full self—or if it demands annihilation of what lies beneath the sculpted flesh.
The image is poetic in its minimalism and haunting in its implications. Visibility becomes absence. Beauty becomes constraint.
The idealised body is no longer an affirmation—it is a mask.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
